A Guide to OCTsOriginal Character Tournaments are all over deviantart and keep growing in popularity, but not everyone knows what they are or how to participate in them. I went to Komikon a few days ago, and all I got was a copy of ~iq40's Cat's Trail: Rewind (which was awesome btw)...

...and 26 episodes of Axis Powers: Hetalia. Oh yeah, and both seasons of Rosario+Vampire. :3

I haven't watched a single ep yet. FAIL OTL
